My Credit Stinks

Well the good news is that you're not the only one fowling up. Lots of folks are facing serious challenges in todays' market. But generally an FHA loan will allow credit below a fico score of 600 where most other programs require a bottom line 620. And you'll need to be over 700 to get the best deals.

O.K., you need more good news. You're credit can be improved. Just paying your bills on time will cause your score to go up...but slowly. Correcting errors will help also. But if you really want to get proactive and make things happen you'll probably need a pro to help you.

Huge if you're thinking of getting a good deal on rates or even to qualify in some cases. So the advice is...get the credit repairs first...them do the financing.
